Calling all KIDS ages 8 -15 years old. Join us for a fun beginner sewing class! We'll take you through the process of sewing your very own reusable tote bag. This is the perfect place to start if you've never sewn before or you have attended one of our kids classes in the past.

We'll cover things like:

Types of sewing machines

Parts of the sewing machine

Threading and winding the bobbin

Seam allowance

Right Side vs Wrong Side

Best practices for creating positive sewing habits

Duration: 2 1/2 hours (we find that students work at different paces, you may finish earlier than others)

Materials Included: Kits come with the fabric already cut and ready to start sewing.

You'll Leave With: A completed reusable tote bag

Skill Details: If you've never touched a sewing machine or if it's been a while this class is for you! We have designed this class to cater to absolute beginners. You do not need to know anything about sewing to take this class. This is where we recommend starting on your sewing journey!
